A Home, Reimagined
Creating a home that feels more personal, without starting over.
This project began with a request we hear often: "I want my home to feel more like me." The home already had a great foundation, so the goal wasn't to replace everything, but to identify what was working and layer in pieces that would make the home feel warmer, more collected, and more reflective of the people living there.
WORKING WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
One of my favorite parts of this project was showing the client how much could change simply by looking at her existing pieces differently. Before purchasing everything new, we spent time restyling and rearranging pieces she already owned. Sometimes good design isn't about buying more, it's about seeing what you already have with fresh eyes.
From there, we identified where new pieces would make the biggest impact, balancing approachable finds with investment pieces to be intentional with the budget without sacrificing the feeling of the home...
